 Tina M. Mengine, Founder Founded in 2005 by Tina Mengine, Bluestocking Consulting is the culmination of more than two decades of experience in the communication, media, political and government arenas. After spending more than a decade in media in Ohio and Pennsylvania, Tina joined a Pennsylvania based Advertising Agency and focused her efforts on political clients. She has been involved in dozens of campaigns, from local to statewide to congressional races. Her involvement has ranged from message development and media to campaign management, all with a very impressive win record. She spent four years as Chief of Staff to the Mayor of the City of Erie, Pennsylvania’s third largest city.
