 Tina M. Mengine, Founder Founded in 2005 by Tina Mengine, Bluestocking Consulting is the culmination of more than two decades of experience in the communication, media, political and government arenas. After spending more than a decade in media in Ohio and Pennsylvania, Tina joined a Pennsylvania based Advertising Agency and focused her efforts on political clients. She has been involved in dozens of campaigns, from local to statewide to congressional races. Her involvement has ranged from message development and media to campaign management, all with a very impressive win record. She spent two years as the Chief of Staff to Congresswoman Dahlkemper, four years as Chief of Staff to the Mayor of the City of Erie, Pennsylvania, including one as Acting Mayor.
